FAQs

  • We will practice a style of breathwork called Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System. This deep, therapeutic modality is rooted in traditional healing methods and modern science. It provides a safe, effective, and trauma-informed somatic (body-based) experience, unique to each individual and their nervous system.

    We use a conscious-connected style of breathing which I will demonstrate to you. This deep, active breath enables you to access altered states of consciousness, connecting you more deeply to your body, emotions and intuition rather your thinking brain. We combine the breath with intuitive movement, touch and sounds to enable trauma, tension and blocked emotional expression to be released by the body.

  • A session is typically 75 - 90 mins either online or in person. We begin with a short conversation where I use compassionate enquiry to understand where you’re at. We then move into the active part of the session where we combine breathing, movement, sound and touch, enabling you to fully express and release whatever your body is holding. Often profound insights naturally arise. Finally we take some time to allow your experience to integrate through a deep effortless meditation.

  • Sessions are either online (Zoom) or take place in Kasia’s studio in Costa da Caparica, Portugal.

  • I offer three packages of sessions;

    • 3 sessions - For those who are curious.
      Designed to establish a foundation of body and breath awareness, participants start to feel the benefits of stress reduction, a greater connection to their intuition and a flavour for the innate power and wisdom within.

    • 6 sessions - For those ready to dive deeper.
      By penetrating deeper layers of tension, participants experience more freedom and fluidity in their bodies and emotions. This manifests in a more relaxed and peaceful way of being, a heightened awareness of the subconscious beliefs holding us back and a tangible sense of aliveness and gratitude for life.

    • 8 sessions - For those seeking deep and lasting transformation.

      This holistic approach involves a curated series of eight live breathwork sessions as well as meditations and exercises to complete between our sessions. Through this approach, breathwork unlocks deeply held tensions and blockages in the body, promoting greater emotional fluidity and nervous system regulation. Participants are able to connect with their innate body wisdom, access and work through past memories, traumas and limiting beliefs and report feeling a renewed sense of purpose, vitality and self-understanding.
