This is a beautiful massage which uses a combination of heat and tactile bamboo sticks to provide a wonderfully relaxing and restorative treatment. Tailored to each individual client this massage can be given quite lightly for that ‘melting into relaxation’ feeling or it can go deeper to really work into muscular tension and knots to provide relief.

I have an excellent range of superior quality, pre-blended aromatherapy and plain carrier oils for you to choose from. All of these oils come as standard, with no additional charge.  

This massage is also a highly effective treatment for athletes such as runners and cyclists. The combination of the size of the sticks, the techniques used and the heat means that deep muscle massage can be applied to the legs and thighs, providing a highly effective treatment that will really work hard to breakdown muscular tension. To increase the effectiveness of the treatment, a high quality pre-blended massage oil specifically designed for athletes, sports and active individuals can be used which contains detoxifying Juniperberry, circulation stimulating Rosemary and warming Black Pepper.
