Having a massage is a wonderful way to take care of yourself body, mind and spirit. It can help reduce aches and pains, relieve stiffness, increase joint flexibility and improve range of motion. Research continues to show that regular massage can be of benefit for those who suffer from certain medical conditions such as arthritis and fibromyalgia.

It can also help to calm the mind, promote relaxation and improve general mood and as such it can have a positive impact on anyone suffering from conditions such as stress, anxiety or depression.

Massage Treatments

Superior organic oils

I have an excellent range of organic pre-blended massage oils that contain pure, natural ingredients.  They are all cruelty free and suitable for vegans.

Cushion system for comfort

For all treatments that involve the massage table, a cushion system is used called 'the comfy client'.  This system is NHS endorsed and has been designed to be extremely comfortable and supportive.  It offers clients a more enjoyable treatment without the need of bolsters as the body is fully supported in all the right places with no uncomfortable squishing.

Massage has so many potential health benefits and the following list is an example of some of the things it can assist with.  It can:
