And breathe Massage Therapy

The history of massage dates back thousands of years to ancient times. Over the centuries it has evolved as techniques from both the East and West have been adapted and incorporated. Touch is a very powerful sense and having a massage can provide many healing benefits, physically and emotionally. Best of all, massage treatments are totally accessible to anyone and everyone, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, size or shape and my aim as a mobile therapist is to make these treatments easily available to anyone who wants to enjoy a treatment within the comfort and convenience of their own home.

Why everyone needs a massage

Massage is often seen as a 'luxury', or 'self-indulgent pampering' but this is far from the truth. Having a massage is one of the best ways that you can invest in yourself and look after yourself, mind, body, and spirit.

During the colder months all massage treatments will be available with warm massage oil and a heated massage table.

In addition to all of the above, the healing qualities of massage can have a positive impact on those suffering from anxiety and depression. Having a massage can help to calm the mind, promote relaxation and can help to improve general mood.  By offering a mobile service, I am making massage totally accessible so that anyone can benefit from this therapeutic treatment.

Cushion system for comfort

For all treatments that involve the massage table, a cushion system is used called 'the comfy client'.  This system is NHS endorsed and has been designed to be extremely comfortable and supportive.  It offers clients a more enjoyable treatment without the need of bolsters as the body is fully supported in all the right places with no uncomfortable squishing.

Superior quality oils

I have an excellent range of pre-blended massage oils that I use as standard for all of my treatments.  These oils contain natural, organic ingredients and are just beautiful.  They have been created by a UK company who only produce products that are cruelty free and suitable for vegans.
